Conditions générales

  1. Nous réceptionnons vos demandes du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 15 h.
  2. Nous vous faisons parvenir nos offres dans un délai de 48 heures (jours ouvrables).
  3. Pour les manifestations de plus de 50 convives, nous vous ferons parvenir les offres sous 5 jours.
  4. Toutes les commandes doivent nous parvenir dans les délais suivants: Pause-café, café d’accueil, forfait eau minérale la veille à 14h00 (jour ouvrable).
    Toute autre demande - 72 heures (jours ouvrables).
  5. Pour toute demande de régime alimentaire spécifique (végétarisme, allergies alimentaires, etc.), n’hésitez pas à nous contacter afin que nous puissions adapter la prestation.
  6. Toute annulation ou modification doit nous parvenir 72 heures avant l’évènement. Il est de la responsabilité de l’organisateur d’annuler la commande à l’avance si la réunion est annulée Les délais ci-dessus font référence uniquement aux jours ouvrables. Passé ces délais, le dernier nombre communiqué par le client fera foi pour la facturation.
  7. Les prix de nos prestations comprennent la livraison dans la salle demandée, du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 15 h. (sans service).
  8. Pour toute prestation en dehors des heures et jours ouvrables indiqués ci-dessus, un montant de 50 CHF HT par heure et par personnel de service sera facturé.

Boissons

Le montant des boissons est une estimation et sera facturé selon la consommation.

Tous nos prix sont en francs suisses, TVA 8.1% incluse, facture détaillée payable dans les 30 jours.
